FURTHER INFORMATION ON DELIVERIES

  • All of our orders are sent via tracked delivery.
  • During busy times orders may take slightly longer to reach you, so please bear with us.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will not be posted until the following Monday.
  • UK shipping only. 
RETURNS
We only ever want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with your Anglesey Clothing Company purchase. If you're not, then we're not, which is why we offer a return policy.
 
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at angleseyclothingcompany@gmail.com to obtain a return slip, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form provided and mail your return to following address:

[Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We
strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We will refund your clothing, but we do not offer any exchanges. If you wish to swap for a different size, colour or product, a new order must be purchased. We do not refund postage unless the goods are faulty.
